Different Techniques Available at Advanced Chiropractic in Klamath Falls

At Advanced Chiropractic, our Klamath Falls chiropractor provides the following services for pain in your back or other joints, migraines, back pain during pregnancy and other health issues.

Webster Technique - The Webster Technique is used during pregnancy to help turn breech babies around, which helps reduce the risk of complications during labor and delivery. This technique focuses on balancing the pelvis during pregnancy in order to relieve pressure and stress on the uterus and surrounding ligaments. These adjustments make it easier for babies to turn around into the right position before women go into labor.

Graston Technique-the Graston Technique is a type of manual therapy that involves using special stainless steel instruments to help eliminate scar tissue that contributes to chronic pain. It is used to treat a number of conditions that cause persistent pain, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, myofascial pain syndrome, shin splints, scar tissue, plantar fasciitis, neck pain, back pain and fibromyalgia. The Graston Technique is typically combined with other forms of treatment, such as therapeutic exercises.

Diversified Technique- Diversified Technique adjustments include procedures that are traditionally part of chiropractic care. These involve using manual adjustments with shallow and quick movements that help ease pressure on the affected joint. These are sometimes done using a block or a table for more effective treatment. With these adjustments, the spine becomes properly aligned to help promote faster healing and relieve stiffness and pain.

Activator Technique- the Activator Technique is done using a hand-held instrument known as the Activator Adjusting Instrument, which gently pushes on the spine to help restore normal range of motion. When used correctly, this technique provides an effective form of treatment for chronic pain.

Drop Table- Drop tables are used in chiropractic care to make use of gravity during adjustments. These tables have sections that are raised up and lowered or dropped when adjustments are done. This can lead to even more effective pain relief for those with chronic pain.

Zenith Hylo Table- Zenith Hylo tables are high-quality chiropractic tables that are comfortable for patients. This helps patients feel more relaxed during chiropractic treatments, which can improve the results of spinal adjustments.

Testimonials

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "I've been going to Dr. Yewchuck for many years. He's always been able to get my stubborn neck and back aligned every time when other Chiropractors can't. I would trust Dr. James any time when it comes to my Chiropractic needs. He adjusted my neck 2 days after having surgery and was very careful getting me on and off the adjustment table. I now live in the Rogue Valley and anytime I'm in Klamath Falls and need an adjustment his office staff always gets me in within minutes of going to the office. Dr. James and his staff are very professional and caring about your individual needs. Can't wait to use his new equipment! I would recommend Advance Chiropractor to anyone."

  • "I don't know where I'd be if it hadn't been for James and his staff.....After a fatal MVA, he was able to find the injuries that neither the ER nor our doctor could at the time. He efficiently and effectively planned a course of action that got me back on the path of recovery. He's compassionate...he has knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff. I'm proud to know him and the gals in his office.... He can certainly help you...I have no doubts about that."

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...
